Job title: Client Partner
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: UK (candidates must be based within 50 miles of one of our offices: Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, London or Edinburgh)
You’ll own a portfolio of established client accounts and be accountable for growing revenue across them. These are not passive account management roles. You’ll be expected to actively identify and convert opportunities within your accounts.
You’ll inherit a portfolio of clients with clear headroom for growth. Typically, you’ll manage around 4–5 accounts, each with meaningful commercial potential. You’ll be responsible for expanding them, with a target of £2 million across your portfolio.
This role combines relationship depth with commercial drive. You’ll build strong partnerships while consistently turning opportunity into revenue.
This is a relationship-led role. You’ll be expected to build trust with clients and internally, working closely with delivery teams to shape and win work. You’ll need to influence and align internal teams to deliver and grow accounts. This is not a transactional or inbound-led sales role.
This role will not suit someone who prefers structured environments with heavy support functions or inbound-driven sales.

Own deals end-to-end
