Job title: Mid-Level Flutter Developer (Contract)
Type: Full-time contract
Location: UK, within 30 miles of one of our offices (remote, hybrid, or onsite)

The role

You’ll join a major UK-based investment platform, embedding directly into a long-term mobile app programme.

You’ll work on a high-traffic product used by thousands of customers, focused on performance, reliability, and user experience at scale.

You’ll contribute to Flutter delivery within the project, building features, improving app quality, and helping shape scalable solutions in production.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product, and QA in a cross-functional client team, delivering features end-to-end with a strong focus on quality.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain production-grade Flutter applications

• Deliver features end-to-end, from implementation through to release

• Contribute to testing across unit, widget, integration, and E2E

• Support improvements in performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.)

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA

• Follow and contribute to engineering best practices

Required experience

• Commercial experience with Flutter and Dart

• Experience building and shipping mobile applications

• Understanding of testing approaches and automation

• Familiarity with CI/CD in mobile environments

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code

• Good understanding of performance, UX, and mobile fundamentals
