Job title: Product Manager

This isn’t a feature factory. You’ll solve real customer problems through discovery, insight and experimentation, owning outcomes, not just outputs.

You’ll be hands-on, leading the development of digital products for our clients from concept to launch.

Your focus will be delivery and execution, framing problems, validating value, and ensuring teams deliver meaningful outcomes through strong product process.

You’ll partner closely with Design, Research and Engineering to create products that deliver measurable impact.

You’ll have autonomy over how you run your work, supported by a coaching-led manager who prioritises trust, clarity and growth.


What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of a flagship client project, often a mobile or web app build, either greenfield or a major evolution.

You’ll lead discovery, define the roadmap, manage stakeholders and keep teams focused on outcomes.

You’ll balance hands-on product craft with clear, structured thinking about how to ship the right thing quickly.

Beyond that, you’ll rotate across other client projects or embedded engagements where your hands-on product management can unlock delivery impact.

You’ll contribute to discovery and delivery processes, helping teams strengthen their approach to product thinking


How you’ll work

• Own product direction, outcomes and stakeholder alignment from discovery through launch.
• Collaborate with Design and Research to test, learn and de-risk with evidence.
• Shape goals, metrics and team rituals that keep delivery focused on outcomes
• Operate as the embedded product owner within multi-disciplinary squads.

What we’re looking for

• Strong end-to-end product management experience across discovery, MVP and iterative delivery.
• Proven ability to turn insight into strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing ROI, risk and trade-offs.
• Experience in hands-on product delivery within startups, agencies or consultancies.

Nice to have

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary squads across several client projects.
• Exposure to embedded product work within client organisations.
