Job title: Product Lead

This isn’t a feature factory. You’ll be solving real customer problems through discovery, insight and experimentation, taking ownership of outcomes rather than just delivery.

You’ll act as a strategic product partner to clients, often in a fractional Product Lead capacity, helping them define and realise their product vision.

Your focus will be strategy and long-term direction, setting goals, aligning teams and stakeholders, and ensuring every decision drives measurable user and commercial impact.

You’ll play a key role in one of our flagship engagements, where product leadership and vision are critical, while also supporting other clients where your strategic product thinking can make a difference.

You’ll collaborate closely with Design and User Research, making informed, evidence-based decisions grounded in real customer insight.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead with trust and clarity, supported by a coaching-led manager who helps you grow as a product leader.


What you’ll lead

Upon joining, you’ll join a small, senior team working on a product that is live, growing fast, and used by users every day.

You’ll guide discovery, craft strategy, and define the roadmap, balancing hands-on product input with higher-level thinking about scale, vision and commercial growth.

Beyond that, you’ll contribute to other client accounts where experienced product leadership is needed. Expect to shape, coach, and influence, not just deliver.

You’ll help raise the standard of product practice across teams and clients, mixing advisory work with practical leadership.

What we’re looking for

• Deep experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through MVP and iteration.
• Confidence leading senior stakeholders and aligning business goals with user needs
• Strong commercial awareness, comfortable discussing ROI, viability and impact.
• Experience in environments where product plays a strategic role, such as startups, agencies or consultancies.
• A natural leader who can advise, influence and coach teams as well as deliver.

Nice to have

• Experience as a fractional Product Lead or in a senior leadership position.
• Breadth across multiple clients or sectors.
• Background in fast-moving, multi-disciplinary environments.
