About the Project
We’re working with a leading construction technology company to help them harness AI across their business. They have a large library of specifications, contracts and bids, and this project focuses on turning that data into value through rapid AI experimentation and proofs of concept.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where progress matters more than perfection, helping identify high-impact use cases for further investment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead AI-driven proofs of concept from idea to delivery
- Build and iterate on data pipelines and ML models to enhance business processes
- Identify and prototype AI opportunities in automation, prediction and document intelligence
- Work hands-on with large, complex datasets

What We’re Looking For:
Solution Development
- Experience leading AI-driven proofs of concept from ideation to deployment
- Ability to identify and develop AI opportunities within business workflows
- Experience embedding AI solutions that enhance existing processes rather than operate as standalone tools
- Strong understanding of AI use cases including automation, predictive analytics and document intelligence
Data Architecture and Engineering
- Expertise in building scalable data pipelines to support ML model development and rapid prototyping
- Skilled in working with both structured and unstructured data sources
Machine Learning
- Experience designing, training and deploying NLP models for document summarisation, classification or key information extraction
- Proficiency in developing predictive analytics
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks
Technical Skills
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn or Hugging Face Transformers
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML environments such as Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker or GCP Vertex AI
