What you’ll do:
•Own end-to-end product design on web-first projects: flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and polished prototypes.
•Prototype fast in Figma and validate with users/stakeholders before build.
• Create and evolve design systems (setup, documentation, governance).
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, usability tests and C-suite playbacks to drive decisions.
• Partner closely with product, engineering and research to ship outcomes, not outputs.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: 5–8 years in digital product design (web-first; native app is a nice-to-have).
• Figma expert: 3+ years hands-on, including advanced prototyping and components/variants.
• Design systems: proven record creating and maintaining scalable systems.
• Facilitation: confident running workshops, interviews, testing and senior stakeholder sessions
• Portfolio: end-to-end process, system-level thinking and real-world impact.
