We’re a digital product consultancy of 20 years, partnering with global brands to ship high-impact software through technical excellence and human-first collaboration. You’ll join a team that values craft, clear thinking, and getting great products into users’ hands.


What you’ll work on

Help build and scale a category-defining, AI-led operations platform in the property domain. The core architecture is live; your mission is to evolve intelligent, autonomous workflows that replace manual processes end-to-end.


You’ll:

  • Design, build, and optimise LLM-powered agentic systems and multi-step graphs.
  • Integrate directly with enterprise tooling and internal APIs to automate real business workflows (e.g. renewals, maintenance, triage).
  • Ship production-ready Python services and collaborate on JVM-based APIs where needed.
  • Work in an embedded, four-person hedgehog lab team alongside a small, high-calibre product/engineering group across US/EU time zones.
  • Operate in a trusted partnership model focused on capability building and sustainable delivery.


The team setup

You’ll be part of an embedded squad of 4 engineers, collaborating closely with a lean product, design, and engineering group. Expect fast feedback loops, clear ownership, and plenty of space to influence architecture and roadmap.


What you’ll bring:

Core skills (most critical)

  • Deep experience with LangGraph, LLMs, and agentic systems
  • Strong Python development for production services
  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot for API work (including MCP Spring Boot & Python variants)


Supporting skills

  • Pydantic
  • SQL & general database design/optimisation
  • AWS / DevOps (nice to have)


Key capabilities

  • Hands-on delivery of agents, prompts, and graphs in LangGraph
  • Ability to architect intelligent, resilient workflows end-to-end
  • Pragmatic, product-minded engineering with a bias to ship
