We’re looking for a passionate Senior Java Developer who’s committed to delivering products that cut through the complexities of digital transformation and bring valuable business visions to life.

About you:

• Experience developing commercial applications using Java, with a strong focus on high-quality, production-ready code.
• Prior working knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot applications, ideally with some experience of Tomcat, Dropwizard or other mainstream Java ecosystems.
• Experience with containerising Java applications using Docker.
• Prior experience working with message queues and transactional systems is strongly desirable.
• Proficient in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and a solid understanding of HTTP and network protocols.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and an understanding of data modelling and optimisation.
• Knowledge of best practices on code quality, including unit testing, performance optimisation, security, and scalability.
• Working knowledge of Git andContinuous Integration to streamline development and deployment.
• Prior experience working in Financial Services is an advantage.
• An understanding of SCRUM/agile methodologies

Our interview process:

Stage 1️⃣ - Intro Call with a member of the Talent team, Holly (30 minutes Google Meet)

Stage 2️⃣ - First stage interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes Google Meet)

Stage 3️⃣ - Take home tech test (no deadline, simply return when you’re happy)

Stage 4️⃣ -Final stage interview with at least 2 member of the hiring team (60 minutes Google Meet)
