Hey! Im Catherine (she/her), People & Culture Advisor here at hedgehog lab 

I work on our DEI initiatives, creating new policies and procedures to build upon our culture, as well as looking after the team to ensure they are having the best experience at the lab- whether thats with pizza parties and socials, celebrating important cultural milestones, or championing what makes our people great. As well as this, Im responsible for onboarding after hiring, so your first morning on the job will be spent with me! The team here is so diverse, and I love that my role allows me to see life at the lab through varied lenses.
